In this six session seminar, learn real life strategies for creating positive interactions with your child, a better understanding and ability to anticipate their behaviors, and realistic skills to help manage their unwanted behaviors. In addition, learn how to help teach your child important life skills, such as emotion regulation and independence.

Understanding your child's behaviors
developmental expecations
validation, routines and consistancy
Managing Tantrums and meltdowns
contingecies: to reward or not?
Time outs
teaching children coping strategies

Cost? Couples $180, Single $150 for all 6 weeks, upfront, or $40/session (couple) and $30/session (single)
